This my friend is called a Saskatoon. The flavour is in between a Blueberry & Chokecherry (not Cherry Coke, nor a cherry that will choke you...)
Once brewed into beer I decalare that I shall name it SaskLight. Meh, or something better!
Or maybe not a beer at all? Wine?
Ah forget it... can't drink it anyway!
